Three month checkup!!

Ok all, Three months to the day and I am down 65 pounds! I am really pleased. The funny thing is, I have been weighing myself at my GP's office and was SO worried that the scale would have been lying and the surgeon's scale would have me in tears! Guess what!!! I went in and weighed LESS than at my PC's!!! TA-DAH!!!! So, happy days ahead! We also decided on a goal. I think that's important. Anyway, I have to lose a total of 140 pounds. I have already lost 65, so I ahve 75 to go!! doesn't sound so horrible anymore! THANK GOD!!!! So, good luck to everyone. Keep those who are going through a tough time in your prayers!! 305 Highest 285 Surgery 234 Now 135 Wanna Be Wow, we are almost tied for our three month! Also, all my blood work came back great. First time I am not "out of range", my cholesterol dropped from over 200 to 153, my sugar is now 78 and all looks great! Congratulations to you too hon!!!!

Oh i am so excited for you. I made my 3 month goal of 70 lbs and was so excited. You and i had surgery on the same date. We are doing awsome. For some reason i seem to have gained a bit of weight back last week... but i am going to weigh tomorrow instead of my normal of today. I ate before i weighed and every ounce counts as far as i am concerned. LOL 344/274/150
