I was amazed when ......

I returned today with clearance from my surgeon to my gym. THEY had my measurements on file from when i joined. NOW down my 82 lbs ( 20 lbs more then when the gym took my weight/measurements i might ADD) and the grand total loss was 46 inches. BUST: 7 inches CHEST: 12 inches WAIST: 12 inches HIPS: 9 inches THIGH: 3 inches ARM: 3 inches THIS made my day. NOW i will watch my inches melt with the LADIES express workouts. THEY have a montly challenge and the winnder gets an american express gift check and im in for it. SO i will see what i loose in the month of september inches and lbs. I was so happy with this progress! (sorry i had to share this it made my day). LISA 310/227/ONDERLAND

THANKS guys...it was really nice to see the huge difference... MANY spots i was down 12 inches and thats alot. I am bad with the measuring and remembered that LADIES express took them for me. SO now im in their monthly challenge and I hope that i win. AND to see what i can do in one month will be motivating. TIME to tighten up the flab now! THANKS FRIENDS 310/226/ONDERLAND?
