I noticed you are losing at a steady constant pace. How are you doing it? Excersice, counting calories, carbs, proteins & fats? Congratulations, I hit weeks I don't lose then a week I lose some...I am happy I am losing, just wishing it was faster. Deloris 309/235(still)/135

DELORIS.... to be honest i have no secret answer wish i did. I do know that my surgeon and his assistant in the office both said i am looseing at very above average rate so please keep that in mind. I do get hungry and i eat alot. I dont miss meals...or snacks...I have bad days too when potatoe chips go in my mouth and pretzels. I never ate a sweet treat cake...candy or regular icecream...to afraid i wont dump then ill be in big trouble. I run a famlily daycare in my home so i have to serve kids snacks that i shouldnt have but i pick. AT least i dont finish the box of crackers or chips now like my old way. I do drink alot of CARB COUNTDOWN Chocolate milk to me its like a big cheat. BUT this is what i eat on a normal day: AM: PRE MADE Advant Edge Protein Shake.... AM SNACK: 4 ounce container LO fat cottage cheese LUNCH: 3/4 to a whole lo carb wrap with chicken salad PM: pretzels, nuts, fruits or carb countdown chocolate milk DINNER: my dinner i eat my protein first...if room left i eat some veggie and then maybe pick on some potatoes or rice. PM: no sugar ice cream bar ( i only use those with under 5 grams sugar) I do drink alot of PROPEL, DIet SNAPPLE, Crystal light ice tea and water thru my day. HONESTLY, i just started back to my gym today.....LADIES express i got my approval to ge back 3 months post op which was yesterday. TODAY they weighed and measured me..they had my measurments from last year when i signed up and all added up i lost *** of 34 inches. WHICH WOWED me and the owner both. SHE couldnt get over how i look. BUT now i know i have to make the excersise a habit so im starting back at the gym now. I am very fortunate so far as i tolerate everything and really can eat alot if i want to. LAST night i had a cinner out for a graduation for a class i had taken and i sure ate alot at this dinner at the HILTON...i was shocked at what i ate....so i dont know i eat but i think im eating alot of the right foods not the wrong ones. AND yes i do eat far less then my old ways. I dont know if this helped but i know my surgeon did say im looseing at an above average rate.....so keep it in mind LISA 310/227/ONDERLAND?

HEY DELORIS! YOUR doing wonderful too your not that far away from me. I think you should be dancing the streets with your fabulous loss. AND in case it helps i am 5'5 and 43 years old. ALL THE BEST and thanks for noticing. I dont get to much support at home LISA
