One More Little Victory

Hi all, Yesterday I took my nieces to the State Fair. One of my biggest nightmares as a severely obese person has been the turnstile. I almost got stuck in one at one time, and then just stopped going through and would use the handicap entrance. But....yesterday as we were going into the fairgrounds I had to go through the turnstile. For a second I hesitated, then just walked right through. OMG I didn't get stuck. Actually I sailed right through. Yeah! One more little thing that makes losing weight so much easier to live a 'normal' life. Just had to share. Love, Deb 239/196/125

I am so happy for you. I TOTALLY understand. I think we all develope our little rituals. Mine trick was turning sideways and lifting my belly a bit to get through those things.
