My turn!!!!

I know I haven't been posting much, but I have been lurking. It has been so much fun to hear about everyone's victories and mini-goals reached. I am happy for all of you! Well, today it is my turn to post one... I weigh in on Tuesdays and Fridays, and was hopeful that today would be the day... and it was! Drumroll, please... I am no longer Morbidly Obese!!!!! My BMI has dropped 12 points and for the first time in about 7 years, it is below 40. I am just so excited this morning - I had to share! Hope everyone has a great day! Congrats Nicole!! I know exactly what you mean! I just check mine after reading your message and surprise the heck out of me, but I am below 40BMI too! I about feel out of my chair and gave my husband a heartattack with my screaming! I am so proud of all of us! Lets go lower!!! Take Care Heather

Oh i am so happy for you. That is a goal we share and i am jealous but will get there. Mine has come down almost 10 so i am on my way. GOOD LUCK AND CONTINUTED FAT FLUSHING!!
