50 lbs gone forever!

I have just weighed myself for the week and I saw the scale read 223. The day of my surgery (June 29th) I weighed 275. 52 lbs. I cannot believe it!!!! It feels so good to say something like this because the most I have ever lost on my own was 25 lbs. I read this message board all the time and it's wonderful to see everyone's weight loss--I am so proud of all of us. Take care!!! -Cheri
