YIPPIE AND YAHOO!!!

I'm doing pretty good. Had my second endoscopy last friday, have one more in two weeks for dilation, then a fourth in about a month after that to make sure it stayed open. I'm actually onto "mushy" food again. My nutritionist told me I need to add some fruit and veggies now because I need a bit more carbs. I'm doing a lot of exercise and even a little jogging when I walk now. She said it will really help my energy level a bit, but I still need to make sure I eat my protein first.
