I AM SO EXCITED.....
Hi all you Juners,
I had a great evening. I am a Hebrew School teacher and tonight was our opening faculty meeting. I hadn't seen all these people since the end of May. I am 57 days (not toooo anal, am I?) 8weeks post op and I received the best welcome ever. "You look beautiful" "Your face got sooo thin" Your clothes are way tooo big" etc. etc. What a wonderful way to go back to school. I've lost almost 40 pounds, and lots of inches.
And now for the bad news. I have to go tomorrow AM (6:30) for a breast biopsy. When I had my mammo several weeks ago they found some calcifications and tomorrow they will be removed. (For those of you who believe, please pray...........if you don't, please just think good thoughts for me) Thanks. The good news is that this will be surgery #4 since 1991 and they've all been benign cysys. So here's hoping. Sorry this has been so long, but I feel soooooooo comfortable sharing with all of you.
Love,
Betsy
Lisa, I am so thrilled for you!!!!! You are so close to losing 100 pounds!!!!! 100 pounds!!!! That deserves more than a happy dance.....that deserves.....an all out boogie!!!!! A block party!!!
My next goal is to be able to wear a pair of boots!! I can get my feet in them and zip just to the ankle bone....but I've never been able to zip them up my calves. I guess this isn't gonna count as a mini goal...cuz it's gonna take alot more weight loss for my calves to shrink.
Go Lisa!! Go Lisa!!
(hugs)
Pam
