that today i hit a mini goal and got into the 220's!!!!!! I love makeing little milestones they keep me so motivated I am officially 229 this am and im happy to be there. On my first consult appointment with my surgeon i was 310 so thats an awesome achievment to date. I will save the happy dance for ONDERLAND but im very happy to make it into to the 220's now. Hey Lisa, That is so awesome. You are doing really great. I have been following your progress and adminre your continious weight loss. Can you give me an example of what you eat during the day? What was you weight if you do not mind me asking at the time of surgery? Keep up the good work! Stacey

Well i am a big eater...i do experience hunger. I do what my nutrionist recommends and i eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. SOMETIMES a snack can be carbcountdown chocolate milk, sometimes some pretzels sometimes cheese. I did put fruit into my eating and that seemed to get my weight back looseing.... this is an average day for me: BREAKFAST: ADVANT EDGE ready made protein shake SNACK: 4 ounces lo fat cottage cheese LUNCH: LO CARB WRAP w/ my homemade chicken salad on it SNACK: cool whip and strawberries. DINNER: is 4 ounces of meat,chicken or fish and broccoli SNACK: SF ice cream bar THATs a typical day..sometimes i have a handful of nuts between too I feel i eat to much but im happy with my progress. I was at 285 when i had my surgery on JUNE 1st the rest came off post op. HOPE THAT helps! LOVE LISA PS: I do drink all day between meals PROPEL, CRYSTAL LIGHT and water too, do i get 64 ounces in i dont know i just drink all day what i can

THANKS stacy...there is one thing i work on and thats not letting my body go into starvation mode so i do eat the mini meals all the time...it hear thats the best way to achieve a goreat metabolism. AND all my losses were done with no extra working out yet. I am saving that for when i really get stuck! THE excersise i get is just my normal life routines. PROLY in ONDERLAND ill have to work out finally! 310/229/ONDERLAND

Congratulations. I am excited for you. I have lost about 54 so far and I am pleased also. I measured myself this morning and I had lost 12 inches in 3 weeks. Yea, except for 4 of the inches were from my bust. Oh well at least I still have quite a bit left. Beggers cant be choosers. I always enjoy your posts. YOu are so cheerful. Thanks and keep up the great work you are one week ahead of me on my journey. LYnn

THANKS lynn for the kind words....isnt our tool and this journey just wonderful. SURE my weight slowed down a few weeks but now its kicking butt again! I am very happy and very full of energy again. I love to look at the new space between me and my steering wheel everytime i go in my mini van someplace. THAT shows the inches gone. GOOD LUCK! LISA
