I just Love the Stallone Pudding, but I can never finish one by myself! Does anyone else have that problem? (It's a good thing my kids love them too!)

I've heard a lot about this stallone pudding. How is it? What flavors? What's the nutrition value? I'm very curious... could beat my yogurt for breakfast every morning with only 6 grams of protein... hmm.
