:jump Ok i have hit my official 60 lbs mark!!! :jump"
I don't know why this was a milestone in my head. I am very happy. I have also lost a combined total of 40.50 inches. For those of you who are not measureing yourself SHAME ON YOU! It really helps to see the inches change.
Especially when you start seeing the scale slow down.
Please do not wait any longer. I hear many people say they will start measuring when the hit a certain weight. Do it now so you can see the most progress you can.
It really does help to keep you jazzed up and it is a better way to visually see your results. When you can say i lost X amount of inches then roll the tape out and see what that actually looks like in circumfirance. It is easier to see how much fat you have zapped away.
Good luck and let all our fat fall off to someone who needs it.
Paula
HEY PAULA!!!
THANKS for putting that wonderfully...
I have posted many times to people to measure
themselves because when the weight slows down
we usually are looseing inches during that time
of catch up.
Yet im bad i dont measure but i dont get down
when the scale eases up. I know my tool will
work well for me. TODAY i hit 80 lbs gone, pre and post
op weight loss of course, and im so happy.
WHEN i want to figure out what that is my 2 boys
combined weight is about 80 lbs so i imagine them both
stuck to my body and that just WOWS me!
ALL the best

Yeah Paula! I'm doing the happy dance for you.
This morning I hit my 30 lb mark since surgery 8 weeks ago (tomorrow), 39 lbs since the beginning. I've been measuring since the day before surgery on pretty much a weekly basis. As of yesterday I have lost 89.5"! Of course I'm only 4'9" so a 39 lb weight loss takes off a lot of inches.
You are absolutely right though. Even when the scale didn't move for a week, I continued to lose inches. I'm pretty excited.
You are doing great! Keep up the good work.
All the best, Deb
