Newbie here!
I have gotten sick for two reasons, one was eating too fast. The other is melted cheese... no matter how well I chew it up I know immediatly that it is stuck. I love sugar free popsicles and shaved ice. My big thing right now is iced tea. I am still between 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of food per meal. I too have the drinking with the meal fault. I am drinking enough, but I became lactos intolerant after surgery so I am having major issues getting my protein in. Good Luck and Take care!
