Excersice? What do you do?

I GO TO GOLD'S GYM 4 TIMES A WEEK (MY SURGEON CLEARED ME FOR EXCERSIES AT 6 WEEKS) I AM ALSO WORKING WITH A TRAINER SO I CAN LEARN TO DO THE EXERCISES RIGHT AND LOSE WEIGHT ALONG WITH IT. I DO 1/2 HOUR WITH THE TRAINER AND 1/2 ON THE TREADMILL (DOING CARDIO). MY WEIGHT WAS ALREADY SLOWING DOWN BUT SINCE I STARTED AT THE GYM, THE WEIGHT IS STARTING TO DROP ALITTLE FASTER. DAWN

I can't say that I've been good about exercising. I walk 1 to 4 times a week about a mile. I'm still really heavy -275 - and it is hard for me to go very far. I really need to work on exercising or I'm not going to be successful. I plan on joining Curves 3 months out. However, it is going to be a struggle to make myself go.

Hi again! It'll be 3months on the 15th, and I'm down 64 lbs as of the 6th. I'm still working out in the pool, though that will be ending soon due to the weather changing. I'm reallly nervous about it as I am now addicted to it. I hope you get yourself going, it's worth it! Lesa
