Excersice? What do you do?
I GO TO GOLD'S GYM 4 TIMES A WEEK (MY SURGEON CLEARED ME FOR EXCERSIES AT 6 WEEKS) I AM ALSO WORKING WITH A TRAINER SO I CAN LEARN TO DO THE EXERCISES RIGHT AND LOSE WEIGHT ALONG WITH IT. I DO 1/2 HOUR WITH THE TRAINER AND 1/2 ON THE TREADMILL (DOING CARDIO). MY WEIGHT WAS ALREADY SLOWING DOWN BUT SINCE I STARTED AT THE GYM, THE WEIGHT IS STARTING TO DROP ALITTLE FASTER.

I can't say that I've been good about exercising. I walk 1 to 4 times a week about a mile. I'm still really heavy -275 - and it is hard for me to go very far. I really need to work on exercising or I'm not going to be successful. I plan on joining Curves 3 months out. However, it is going to be a struggle to make myself go.
