Officially 2 Months post op!
I am officially down 56 lbs in 2 months.
I wanted to be at 60 but apparently not enough to start excersizing more.
I feel great and am happy to be on the journey. My food attitude is still changing and i am most happy about that. It is no longer the focus of my life. It is an after thought and a necessity... like it should
be.
You guys have been a great support and i am thankful to have such caring people who truly understand what is happening in my life.
Good luck to all and many weight loss wishes for everyone!

Wow, that's terrific!...I am down 43 lbs as of the same day and time frame, I was 6/15 also! I was discouraged when I didn't lose anything this past week. I can't figure out why, either. I stick to 3 meals, no snacks and excercise daily for almost two hours. I look better, but seeing no results on the scale is depressing. I'm not giving up tho, I had my period when I weighed in and am hoping the results will be better today when I go weigh in.
