Headaches??

I am just curious of anyone else gets headaches often. I have one today. I am afraid to take anything because the last time I had one and took tylenol I was sick for a couple hours after. I dont want to ruin my day, its beautiful out. What does everyone else take for headaches or aches and pains?

Hi Carla, I take the liquid form of Tylenol... it seems to work a whole lot better than taking the tablets. I hope you feel better! Karen

I take the liquid Tylenol too, and mix it with water or drink water right after. It is so sweet, I get sick to my stomach if I don't do the water. I haven't gotten too many headaches though. I hope you feel better! Jo

I dont get headaches but have used the liquid tylenol too for body aches...i hate the taste but its better then nothing when needed. GOOD LUCK LISA

Thanks everyone.. I took the liquid tylenol in place of pain medication after my surgery but I hated how sweet it was. I will try it with the water and maybe that will be better.. Thanks again.

Hi Carla I have found that I get headaches when I need some sugar. I will usually dilute some juice or take full strength unsweetened. Not very much, but just enough to give me a pick me up, and it takes my headaches away. Sharyn

I've only had one that lasted nearly 20 hours, very severe. Doc thought I might have had too much water (almost triple usual amount) the day before. Tylenol (capsules, cut) didn't help, but a higher sodium lunch eventually did! Who'd have thunk it?

I am a little late on this post but anyways..Last night I had a horrible headache. I mean it was so bad that my head was throbbing and it was in my eyes. I couldnt sleep or close my eyes. Someone told me that it might be cause from not getting enough fluids and also being sugar deprived. I couldnt believe how bad this headache was i have never experinced this before i was kinda scared but i didnt take anything cause i wasnt sure of what i was allowed to take but tylenol is ok the doc told me.
