I was wondering the same thing. I had some soy nuts yesterday and did well with them. Candy

I eat Soy beans all the time they are great for protien. I get ill with peanuts though, people said it was too soon to be eating them and to wait a few more months. They also said that Almonds are easier to eat and to toast them in the microwave for a few seconds for a better taste, not sure about that though.

I had some mixed nuts yesterday and today and didn't have any problems but I think they are sitting a little hard in the pouch today. I just went for a short walk and now my pouch is being a grouch too!! Shelley

Hi! Nuts have been one of my favorite things lately! I have had mixed nuts, soy nuts and even tried some soy pretzels from TJ's. I haven't had a problem with any of them. Just remember to chew...chew...chew! Especially the larger nuts!

Love nuts! Cashews and sunflower seeds, they are very good protein. I chew til they are like peanut butter before I swallow. Haven't had problems yet. Wendy

Heck ya! Sunflower seeds and mixed nuts. But I was noticing that 2 Tablespoons of Sunflower seeds have 200 calories and around 15 g. of fat so I decided to stop. I now only have 1/4 Tablespoon per day.

I bought a bag of the sliced almonds to nibble when I need a bite (and the additional protein).
