Do you get hungry?
I have noticed some of my hunger is thirst at times. But my mind can not seem to differenciate the two as of late. I was getting in too many calories. I know not usually the problem this far out. But i was averaging 1000 calories.
I have finally discovered that drinking more really helps with the appetite. I can get full on the water and i know it is healthy for me. Especially in the summer.
Another suggestion i have heard from many people.
Try a different protein drink and see if one keeps you full for longer. I have heard people complain that slim fast really goes through you fast. Each body is different though.
I have noticed i go in phases... one day it seems i am hungry all day, then the next day i have to remind myself to eat something. I figure it all balances out in the end. Excersize does seem to lessen my appetite. If i am hungry at an odd time or if i have hit my calories i take a walk.
