Ok, for those out there who can't get the protein in and the liquids, once again here is a fantastic delicious way. It took a lot of experimenting but I found it: GNC Soy Protein or Whey Protein (unflavored) (get it at www.drugstore.com or www.walgreens.com) Buy a bunch of sugar free puddings, diff varieties Ice Blender Skim Milk Fix your pudding in 4 ounce containers, Wal Mart have them, Glad puts them out. When you are ready for protein do the following: Put some ice cubes in blender and crush (not a lot) dump pudding in add 2 scoops of protein (total 26grams) a tad bit of milk to make blending easier You cannot taste the protein and it's great and easy to get the protein in!! Sometimes your serving will be a bit above the 6ounces when dumped in a glass, but I did ok with it, just add less ice next time. Each Scoop of the protein is 13grams, and I just double it each time and it aids in losing the weight. I hope this helps someone! I found it delicious, and cheap

Great recipe. I can't wait to try it, but I've got to get through all of this vanilla flavored protein first. Any suggestions to help it out?

Yeah, buy some flavorings, ie: banana etc.....that covers up the taste

concerning the vanilla stuff.....try some banana in it. My doc suggested it, and I kinda said "duh" I should have thought of that. I blended it in, and it tastes great. PS...if you are buying GNC products, invest in a "gold card" there because for the first 7 days of the month, you get 20% off GNC merchandise. Good luck! -Cheri
