what excersise are you doing?
I've only been walking three to four times a week - 1 mile. I think I would be having much better success if I exercised more. I don't really have an excuse. I've just been lazy and and maybe in some way trying to sabatoge my success by not doing what I'm supposed to. Not good!
I plan on joining Curves three months out. I think that will be a good starting point for me other than walking. Hopefully the exercising will get easier once I get a little more weight off - I'm 285 right now.
