what excersise are you doing?

I have to admit, I am slacking in this area also.. I do get some walks in, but not nearly enough. I want to swim, but havent done that yet either.. I am a member of curves and was going to cancel it and join the Y, but I think I will go back. This time might be more fun, since I will see results..

Lisa, I am really enjoying water aerobics, especially in this heat...See if you "Y" has any classes...Otherwise walking when I can tolerate the humidity... Alesia

My daughter and I are doing water aerobics and luvin it! We are definitly the youngest two there but they give you a great workout... we are sweating when we leave! : )

I've only been walking three to four times a week - 1 mile. I think I would be having much better success if I exercised more. I don't really have an excuse. I've just been lazy and and maybe in some way trying to sabatoge my success by not doing what I'm supposed to. Not good! I plan on joining Curves three months out. I think that will be a good starting point for me other than walking. Hopefully the exercising will get easier once I get a little more weight off - I'm 285 right now.
