Today I didn't pack anything for lunch and I decided to go to the snack machine and got a beef and cheese burrito, I ate the whole thing. I feel full but now I am really worried that I have messed myself up, I always eat about 4oz never this much. Is it too late? Nikki

I am sorry, I do not know. Maybe you should call your Doctor or Nutritionist. I am on stage 3 where I still eat 1.5 oz protein and 1 oz. of vegtable or fruit. I hope you are o.k. Just get back on track. (((hugs)))) joni.6.27.2005

I'm willing to bet that you're just fine. I had the same reaction when I ate 2x's the usual amount, but didn't want to eat again until late in the day. My doctor said that if I had done anything terrible, I would have paid a HUGE price, and known pretty much immediately. As long as it's not a regular behavior, I'd be fine. I've only eaten substantially more than expected one other time (without immediate repercussions) and have gotten over being so easily worried about it. It's usually stuff that can pass through quickly, and I sip liquids with it. He said that helps it to pass on through. Just be careful to not make a habit of it!! That's where you'll get into trouble.

I doubt it. I too have worried, and we all do in the beginning, if you do that one day, the next day go back to just protein and liquids and vitamins. Even after a year or two, we can shrink most of our tummys back again with going back to the basics. And keep an eye out next time You are going to be fine I am sure. If you have any questions though, contact your Dr. Hugs! Our stomachs can usually hold 8 ounces, but we only do 6 ounces of water in an hour and 4 ounces of food at a meal as to not pu****
