I gotta WOW! moment!!!

We were packing to go camping tonight and I couldn't find the only two pairs of shorts that I own. So hubby and my 17 year old son are helping me look for them in the bedroom. I said "Oh, here they are" and held up a pair of them and they just busted up laughing! They are so obviously TOO BIG!!! It was like you see on T.V. ....the BEFORE pants. Now, I just wore those shorts about 3-4 weeks ago (I hate showing my legs) and I plateaued for two weeks.....so WOW!!!!!! They are size 22/24. Hubby said "Go buy some shorts!" So I ran to Walmart....and bought size 18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Double WOW!!!!! While I walked around the clothes section, I couldn't help but feel teary-eyed. It won't be long before I can shop in "the other section." It just filled me with so much hope and joy. ((hugs)) Pam

How exciting for you! I can't believe how fast you jumped all those sizes. I think i must have been squeezing into sizes that were to small. I am still in most of the same ones. I understand how emotion filled thinking about the non big girl section is. I think that is so great for you. You will be there sooner than you think! Paula
