I FOUND YOU!!!

I am so excited to find a forum by surgery date. Now that is what i have been looking for. I guess i am always wanting to compare normalcy. Hope to learn with you as we go. I am 6 weeks out and 42 lbs down. My surgery was June 13, 2005. Nice to meet you all. I feel like the 4 weeks lull is STILL upon me. But i am anxiously awaiting the 8 week magic hour i have heard about.

Hi Paula!!! Welcome! What do you mean, "4 week lull" and "8 week magic hour"? I am curious.

I have heard many complain about the plataeu they hit around four weeks. That is the "lull" i am reffering too. And i have read that 8 weeks seems to be a great time when you can do no wrong and have great weight losses. So i have told myself i can't get mad and down till the 9th week. Because by then i should be seeing more loss again. Of course if i would get off my duff and excersize i may see more weight loss sooner. HA

Hi Paula, welcome to the Juners, I had surgery on the same day, i'm down 49 pounds, and loving it, this is the best thing I have done for myself, and I love this group they feel like family to me, keep up the good work and again welcome, God Bless, Julie
