70 Pounds GONE!

All, I am 6 weeks out from surgery and stopped in to the surgeon's yesterday to weigh in. I am now 70 pounds lighter! I lost 30 lbs. prior to surgery and 40 lbs. since surgery. I am averaging a loss of just around one pound a day! Pray for my hubby, who is having his surgery a week from today (same surgeon). He has already lost about 20 lbs. through dietary changes and pre-op liquid dieting. I am so glad for him! Thanks for checking out the good news! - Beth

that Is a great weight loss Beth! I am 2 weeks post op. Doing pretty well. Lost 16 lbs. Wanted it to be more. But any is better than nothing, Right! I will pray for your husband. Good luck to both of you. Zula
