SICK

I feel terrible! I have been nauseated and having diarriha for the last few days. I woke up crying today I felt so bad. But I went to the Dr. and he gave me some meds. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

I have had the diarriha about 3 times so far since my surgery. Seems to hit me once a week (not this week yet) and its bad and i cant be far from the potty. WHAT i think i have noticed for me at least is when i go into this i think i am lo on my fluids and possibly a dehydration thing. HOW is your liquids???? i dont know im trying to figure out my trigger, and oddly after i get this i drop weight ...go figure... LISA

Evelyn, I have had diarrhea since I had the surgery....except the last 2 days! My surgery was 6/1......they did test my stool for bacterial infection but all was okay. I was taking liquid Tylenol and that was triggering the diarrhea. Actually anything with more that 2 grams of sugar or sugar alcohol triggers it. You may just have a very sensitive pouch! That is what I was told. I would call you Dr. and let them know what is going on. I am not sure where you live but it could even be the heat! Hope you feel better soon! Sue
