I havent tried fudgsicles yet, but I bought some and will try them today..I dont drink all water, I drink the flavored water and some regular water, then I count my crystal lite as liquids too. I drink Propel too, but that does have some carbs so I dont drink it too often.

I was allowed the carb countdown chocolate milk once i was on my doctors stage two foods. ONCE you have had the skim milk base products and your not lactose intolerant post op it should be fine. I like getting the quick easy 12 grams in a glass full! GOOD LUCK LISA

Mootopia is also a good skim milk with 14gr of protein versas the traditional 7 in regular and soy milk. It is a bit pricier. Joni

Thanks.. I have never heard of that.. I think I need to wait a couple more weeks for milk though. I tried some string cheese yesterday and could tolerate it so I am hoping I can try the milk sooner. Yogurt also agrees with me.

Hi Carla! I had my surgery on the 28 of June. Two weeks post-0p and doing pretty well. My clinic has us eat six small meal a day. I like the akins ADvantage drinks. Also I bought a wild cherry flavored liquid protein that I put in red jellos. I also blend natural whey protein in soups. We start out with 1/2 example- 7:00 10:00 12:00 2:00 4:00 and 6:00. And in between you sip on water or coolaid popcycles with splenda are good too. all day. Its hard but you do have more energy and stay Hydrated. My sample menu would look like this for the dietitian to see-- alkins shake and then 1/2 cup protein(pro-stat) jello, 1/2 split pea soup, 1/2 cup yogurt(no pieces in it), 1/2 soy milk, 1/2 diet splenda pudding. You fill full always....Good luck Zula
