I am feeling better everyday. lost 15 lbs since surgery and 12 b4 so a total of 27. It has been a ride of a lifetime and i sure hope i don't blow it. Has anyone read any facts on people who gain it all bck. I read one once but it was surgery related, the doc didn't take enough sm intestine out. But I mean people who lose most of their weight and then just slowly gain it all back because of poor eating habits. Just curious. That has been a big fear of mine. I will always need the support of people like you all, I think. I don't have any problems with anything yet I just drink too fast

Hello, I am just 10 days out so i am pretty close to your date. Just follow what the Dr. tells you to do and you won't have to worry about putting the weight back on. It is possible to do, we all have been told that I am sure, but just give it time and you'll see that you can do it and it isgoing to work for you. I do not know the % of people that have gain it back but I would think it would be a lower %. Just glad that we aren't going to be in that % right! Sandy

Congratulations! Glad everything is going well for you so for. I think that is a natural fear of any of us who have probably been on a few weight rollercoasters before we opted for surgery. Yes people do gain weight back due to poor nutritional choices but I have never heard of anyone who gained it "all" back. It would be hard to do but not impossible so hopefully we'll all be so pleased with our weight loss we won't be tempted to screw it all up. Why go through all this work otherwise! Good luck! Hanan
