Plateau already?

I guess I am on my first plateau. I am 2 weeks and 4 days out and have been the same weight for 5 day (-29 lbs) Today my weight is actually about a 1/2 pound heavier. I am getting in all of my water, protein, and exercise every day. Have any of you experienced a plateau lalready?

hey stacy! from day 7 to day 10, i stayed the same weight. then i hid the scale for a few days and weighed myself on day 14....i had gained 2 lbs! i know how frustrating it is, especially when we are so new. but people have told me that this is normal and our bodies are trying to adjust to the changes we have made. this won't last long! and by the way, 29 lbs is great! hugs~mary jo

STACY....use a tape measure and montior your measurements. SOMETIMES the scale is idol but we melt some inches. THE body has to catch up! GOOD LUCK it will move again i am sure! LISA
