s - fuzzy navel protein drink
l - 1/4 pintos and cheese (TB) so 1/4 of whatever it comes in! not much
d - lean cuisine roasted turkey and vegetables
i ate all the turkey except a couple pieces my daughter ate and 1/2 the green beans! omg, i ate like an oinker at dinner!
so far 50 oz water/tea, headed for more in 20 more minutes, to wait 1/2 hour after dinner.
552 calories and 61g protein! umm lets not talk about carbs (33g)
B - cream of wheat (nauseated)
L - 1 Tbsp protein pudding (nauseated)
D - 1 bite of sweet potato (too stringy) + 2 Tbsp mixed up meatloaf/gravy/mashed potato
S - B12 shot at doctor's office

40 oz water + 1 cup hot tea + 2 small SF mango peach slurpees!!!
No walk today, but I did walk alot at work today.
