ok i hate fish! don't even know why i bought these, but i got gorton's grilled fillets. i just had one for lunch (a little more than 1/2 a fillet) and i hated every bite! one fillet has 17g protein! so it all looked good, til i put in the oven and had to eat it! yuck! i shall continue my search for high protein foods! but wanted to mention it incase anyone likes fish, can go in microwave too, so could be a quick lunch! hugs~mary jo

Augh....Mary.... They gave me pureed fish in the hospital and I haven't been able to even think of eating it again!! I never was a big fish eater, but before wls, I would go to BJ's wholesale warehouse and get stuffed salmon or salmon pinwheels. They are stuffed with crab or lobster. When you bake them, you put a little pat of butter on each and squeeze some lemon juice all over them and OMG they are awesome!! I have no idea how much protein is in them. My hubby and I would eat just that for dinner. That might be something to try. I'm waiting for my queasiness to subside...then that's what I'm gonna pick up. Keep posting about those hi-protein foods!! Pam

Mary Jo, Try orange roughy.....it is mild and very moist! I spray a pan with pam and put in the fish....and sprinkly on grated parmasan cheese....it is really good! It only needs to bake for about 20 minutes...just check it with a fork to see if it flakes! Sue
