DONT forget to get those cameras out for the before pictures and take you measurements. SOME weeks when we dont loose pounds we will melt inches and you will be happy you did them. And snap away some photos of your before so you can WOW the world with how well you have done! GOOD LUCK once again friends LOVE LISA

thanks lisa!!! i had totoaly forgot about the personal photos. My surgeon takes pics but i think that i will need one to put one my treadmill!! My surgery is the 29th but good luck to you and I AM SO JEALOUS!!! I am ready to get this over with so that I can stop stressing over it. good luck and best wishes for a speedy recovery!! stacey

JUST i know from my AMOS support group that meets in my county everyone shows off the before pics and i know my mouth hung open seeing a room full of skinny ladies that were once my size. THE picture is so important,,,,take it hide it and next year at this time We will be like WOW!!!! GOOD LUCK FRIENDS!

Hi Etta, I just found this page and was excited to find your surgery is the day before mine, looking forward to going thru this with others who are dealing with the same issues at the same time. Tammy
