JUNE 1 st comeing fast....

Hey Lisa.....WE'RE GONNA BE LOOSERS!!! Like you, I'm blown away at how close it really is. This is the last night that I will go to bed in preparation for a "regular ole day." The next time I go to bed, I will be preparing for a 3:30 a.m. drive to meet my surgeon and beginning my whole new journey. I'm just sooooooo excited! I keep waiting for the absolute fear to strike me....but it hasn't hit me yet. I think it might get me on the way to the hospital or maybe when I get there. Good Luck to you on Wednesday! My surgery is the 7th. You will be well into recovery by then. I don't think that anything can be worse than the fear of a lifetime trapped in our bodies. We all seek to be free of our prisons. For me, thin dreams are about athleticism. I know that in terms of appearance, I will be trading in obesity for loose skin. One deformity for another deformity. But, I know too that I will be able to be much more active and at least in my clothes I will look like a normal person. Bless you and may all your dreams become realities.

Yes i must admit yesterday i was lashing at the kids to much...and of course my hubby dont get it why! OH well.... So far no tears .......just stress. Hope my blood pressure is still down as things near! THANKS ALL for the support
