7 days and counting.....

Well my date is nearing JUNE 1, the new me!!!! Been under a lot of stress the last two weeks with the passing of my dad. My blood pressure has gone very high......i went on some meds and some anti depressants. I coudlnt wait to see if it came down and checked at CVS yesterday. It was down! PHEW... Starting to get things in order at home ....cleaning like crazy doing all the laundry keeping all chores caught up. HOW are the other JUNE bugs doin??????? i cant belive its finally nearing! TOmorrow is the hospitol pre op stuff! LISA

Hey Lisa! Can you believe we are going to be losers in only 7 days?! I already did the pre-op tests....just waiting for the 1st! I too and cleaning and such. My daugher and grand kids are coming up for the weekend so that will pass the time quickly! Nothing like chasing around a 6 yo, 5 yo, and a 16 month to keep you young! Good luck with your surgery! Thanks sue... yes i know what you mean kids make time fly i have young kids still ages 10, 8 and 2.... THE days are flying by! cant wait to be on the other side lisa

First of all sorry to hear about the loss of your father! My heart goes out to you and your family. Unbelievable that in a week you will be on the losing side of life. Congrats! Lisa - good luck to you. I am one year out and still can't believe how wonderful it has all been! I'm almost at goal weight of 125 and I love having people say "You're not planning to lose any more are you?" I have to tighten the seatbelt everytime I fly, there's tons of room on either side of me when I sit in a chair, I don't have to turn sideways trying to fit through small spaces, I look great in clothes (size 4/6!) Best of all, my health is restored! No more sleep apnea, arthritis, back pain, knee pain, high cholesterol, etc. etc. etc. All this is just around the corner for you and I pray your journey will be as easy and exciting as mine has been!
