Surprise surgery

I have a June 14th date for surgery and I am so ready. However I have not talked to my out of town siblings. I want to surprise them. I saw them last week for a funeral and wont see them again for at least 6 months after surgery. Anyone have a rough estimate of how much weight is lost in the first 6 months. I am at 345 right now. my doctor said to expect 20 pounds the first month, then 15 for the next 4-5, then 10 pounds per month after that...hope this helps
