Well let's see, I had protein for breakfast.... good.
Hmmmmm........then I had a cup of soup for lunch not bad.
Oh, and for a snack... Strawberry little debbie cake...oooops!
two 100 calorie pack oreos, two small bowls of peanut butter swirl cereal, and for dinner....pizza, salad with RANCH and breadsticks and cinnamon rolls!! Ok just a few bites of each, but do you see a pattern here? LOL!!
I have some major bad habits some days, and others, I do great! You are right not to give up and I won't either. This is the LONG haul, but we can keep our new lives if we are persistent and don't go back permanantly to our old ways. We have each other to lean on also. That is a gift.

I am here. I just have been really busy with school and finals and work. You know the routine. I dont get to check in as often but today is my last final. Yea!!!! I am struggling with the same issues as everyone else. To much stress eating. I have put on about 8lbs this winter, but I am hoping to take it off now that school is over and I can get back to my exercise. Anyway, I am happy your plastics went well. I need to set up my two year appt soon it is coming up fast.

Still out here, still checking back in on the Junies board...Not much activity now on this board, but I post daily on the grads board for accountability and to chat with others who are "old" timers...I'll check back in June to report my numbers after my 2 year follow-up scheduled June 5th (?)...Will also be going under the knife in June for a BL/BA, June 13th, can't wait for the new girls to arrive...
