Accountability - Friday, 3/30
Hope everyone is having a great start for the week end...Friday was crazy hectic at my office and as a result I was not picking up the water bottle like I should, so I know my liquid intake a low, still I think it was a pretty good day overall...Plan to try a new recipe this weekend to help with my continuous bathroom issue (maybe TMI), its called Rochester Poop Bread, hope it taste decent AND works...I'll let you know if it is a keeper...
Friday's Food
B - 2 protein balls
20 oz sf/ff 1/2 decaf cinnamon dulce latte from Starbucks
S - 10 mini cheddar pretzels
1 oz lf cheddar cheese
L - 3/4 cup thai seseme chicken noodle salad
sf apple muffin w/ added fiber
S - 6 prune bites
D - 1/2 a chicken & 1/2 a beef flauta with a little sour cream and guac on top
1/3 cup chopped lettuce, tomato and cheese
handful of chips and salsa
PLUS - 82.5 oz water/crystal light
Remember to jot it down on the weekends and come by and post with me tomorrow for Saturday's eats...
