Kerri Woo Hoo!!!! What an accomplisment. YOu should be very proud of yourself. You are an inspiration to all the rest of us Junebugs. I have fallen off the exercise bandwagon lately. I was doing so good. Then I hurt my knee in December and I have struggled with it ever since. I made a commitment to at least do three times this week. Well enough about me. I am really proud of you. Keep up the great work. Lynn

Hi Lynn~ We've missed seeing you on the boards!! I knew that you had gotten injured. Are you feeling better now? Is the weather freezing there? Hopefully you'll be able to get out soon and do another 5K. It makes you feel so good to accompli****~ or was it a 10K that you did? Hang in there, spring is coming along with warmer weather! Stay in touch! Hugs, Kerri

Kerri, I was missing for a while, I checked the boards off and on, but I really got off track in December and January. Consequently I have gained 7 lbs, EEEEkkk!! I am trying to get back in control and get back on track. It is frustating how easy it is to let old habits back into my life. I am trying to get back into exercise. I did a couple of 10Ks and some 5Ks last year. I had a hard time with exercise last winter too. I have a treadmill but I tend to not use it, I dont enjoy it as much as walking outside and it is just too cold outside this time of year. I have made a goal to get at least 3 days in this week wether it is on the treadmill or outside. I did 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday and I am going to try to get another 2 miles today so I can get back on the right track. Now I just need to work on those nasty eating habits I have picked up. Thanks for thinking of me. Love Lynn
