Hi Pam! Thanks for your lovely post.
Today, I am the same. I'll be checking my weight at the end of the week.
Sizes, well... tops mostly extra small.
pants - petite small to extra small.
coats - small
jackets - extra small to small.
dresses - small, sometimes extra small.
shoes - still big, 10 1/2 wide.
rings - mainly size 7, some size 6
bracelets - 6.5 inch
bra - 34B (I'm like a fried egg)
Just started my day with coffee and FF hazelnut creamer.
I'm having an AchievOne for breakfast - hazelnut flavor.
Had 1 out of 4 vitamins for the day.
Lunch - a very bare minimum, Stallone High Protein pudding
Dinner - Achiev One protein drink.
*I know that this is very low. I have to cut back since I ate way too much last week. I ate a lot of bad, bad things!
Hugs and Love,
Lucy

I did crappy again!!
1 yogurt with strawberries added and 1 scoop protein powder.
chinese food- threw it up (not on purpose-overate)
2 pumpkin spice 24 oz cappucinos
3 chicken nuggets and some broccoli soup
2 oz. cheez its
1/2 snickers bar
and 1 bottle of water.
That is for yesterday.
So far today I have had:
1 cup of 75% less sugar cocoa puffs with milk
1 chocolate mint 24oz cuppacino.
This is an addiction to the cuppacinos!!! They are NOT sugar free either. I do mix in regular coffee though to thin it out, but still- BAD BAD BAD!!
I am going to concentrate on the protein and water the rest of the day. I am concerned over my protein levels before surgery on the 15th of Nov.
Wendy
You know what Wendy - you are really not doing as bad as you think! All you really have to do is try that sugar free syrup in those cappacino's! I swear, I can't tell the difference! Shoot - sometimes I have up to 3 of those things in a day! But at 20g protein in a large - I'm not feeling too guilty.
I'll step right up and tell you I've had PLENTY of days eating like you did here - only difference is the sugar free syrup.
Hugs
Pam
Hi Pam~ I just had to tell you how awesome you look!!! Your surgery post-pics are great. It looks as though your scars are healing really well. Any complications to speak of? I had always thought that I would have my lower body lift as my first surgery, but I'm so tired of my poor boobs being so saggy, I imagine that plus my arms will be what I start with.
I haven't lost a whole lot in the last few weeks, 4 lbs. total for month 16. I've laid off the intense walking now that the 1/2 marathon is over, and I can't believe how much the fat on my legs is collapsing! Ughhhh!!!!! I've worked so incredibly hard, and I've still been exercising, but obviously not enough to keep things in place. I can't push my body to do what iti takes for a marathon forever! So... we'll see what happens.
Hugs,
Kerri
