Hi Lisa~ Boy, we've missed seeing you!! Thanks for the support. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely do it again. How are you doing? Anything new with you? I am getting ready to do a couple of 5K's this weekend. The 3 miles for those will hopefully be a piece of cake in comparison! Have a wonderful day... Hugs, Kerri

Hi Sharyn~ How are you feeling? I bet you will be excited to get to work out again!! Has your recovery been smooth? The 1/2 marathon was hard, but so worth the effort. I just finished two 5K's over the weekend, but that's it for now. Hugs, Kerri

Hey Kerri My recovery had a bump, but still progressed on time. My abdominal area still gets a little sore - from all of the muscle tightening. But I'm feeling great and I'm hoping to get some 5Ks in before it gets horribly cold. Keep on inspiring me!! Sharyn

Thanks Paula~ this was an amazing accomplishment for me. Now that we're starting to try to have kids, doing any more half marathons will have to wait. Hopefully we'll have as much with our expansion of our family as you have! Hugs, Kerri

Kerri what an awesome acheivement for you. Congrats One of my goals for this year was to walk a 5k. Didn't get there but I do plan to start my walking training after next weekend when time changes and it light in the morning when i like to work out. What an inspiration you are.
