OMG, I'M ONE POUND FROM GOAL!

Hi Wendy! This is indeed scary to me! Of course, I have 6 pounds until my weigh****chers goal. I don't know what I'm going to do??? I've been shopping all along the WLS journey. I can't imagine weighing so much. No wonder I was so tired all the time! My poor feet. The excitement is far from over. Now, it's almost time for plastic surgery. I guess that is my reward. Rid myself of the excess skin and memories of SMO lifestyle. I'll have the scars though. A reminder of where I came from. I know that I will always have to be on guard because if I don't, the old me will come back. I won't let that happen! We'll all have to share our experience on this board. Hi Carla! Yep, one more pound! That's only 4 sticks of butter. Now I need to multiply my total weight loss and figure it out.. OMG, I lost 1,295 sticks of butter! 4 sticks to a pound - 4x 324(lbs) = 1,296 sticks - .2 for the loss of 323.8 = 1,295 sticks of butter! That's a lot of butter Thanks for your post! I thought I was doing well with starting wieght being 555 lbs in june 2005 and now I'm weighing 250 lbs. You are doing great I hope you keep up your great losing............... IT IS GREAT BEING A LOSER IS IT NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Robert! Thanks for your response. Actually you are ahead of me, as I lost some of my weight before my RNY on 6/8/05. I've lost a total of 326.6 pounds as of today after my weigh in at weigh****chers. Congratulations on your success! It is great being a loser! Most definitely. Hi Debra! Thanks for your congratulatory words. YES, I am at goal. I reached it yesterday! Today is my 16th month anniversary and I am so happy to be alive and well. Life is grand! Lucy
