Hi all, I have been away from the board for way to long. I am at the same place as most everyone else is. I have lost about 110 lbs andam about 8 lbs from doctors goal, but 28 from mine. the scale hasnt moved in about 2 months. I feel great but still feel fat. Iam having a hard time with carbs (they seem to go down so easy), not drinking enough water and not exersicing as I should. I want to do the plateau buster diet but afraid I will fail at it. !0 days sounds so long . I know that I need to do it and just take it one day at a time. Debra looks so great and she has really given me the insiration to do this. I also know that I need to get on this board more regularly for support. Keep up the good work everyone . We really are all wonderful losers. Andrea

Welcome back Andrea! Let us know how you do on the plateau buster, if you decide to do it. 10 days isn't sooo bad~ just think...we did longer than that just on clear liquids at the beginning of this journey. Keep coming back to give, and to receive, support. That's what we're here for! Congratulations on your 110 lbs. That's fantastic! You should be very proud of yourself. Take care, Kerri

Andrea, Hello hun ~Hugs~ Let me start by saying I think I will take that off my website, I did so much thinking about this diet. I was on it for about 4 days and lost about 4.5 lbs BUT on the 5th day I has a bad carb...WELLLLL I gained it all back with the exception of 1 lbs.. I come to the conclusion that we just have to eat as we would (low carb as best as we can) change the one thing that can still help us and that is the exercise!!! I myself have made that a goal of mine now....at least getting the walks in 3 times a week to start! I am not saying to not do the diet hun but as other diets we went on, once you come off it will come back and then some.. We have to find a place that our bodies will be ok with (weight wise) and really work with that. Does that make sense hun? I still want to stick with the lowest carb I can do but cutting veggies and fruits is not good for us nor is it healthy eating. I hope I did not scare you but I wanted to share my view of this buster diet.... Please keep me posted hun and it was so good to see ya... Debra P

Hi Andrea I have a confession to make. I have never done more than about 3-5 days of the plateau buster. I loose a few lbs and jump off. But, after that, I keep my carbs under 20 per meal & 50 per day and protein over 100 gms. Good luck Sharyn
