Wednesday Accountability

Good morning fellow June bugs! I'm going ahead and starting this post today. Well yesterday was not a good day for me, but I can honestly say that I'm in full swing today. Today's Plan: B - AchievOne protein drink - Cappucino L - Stallone Pudding - Milk Chocolate D - TBD, tilapia fish with vegetables. Vitamins, water and exercise I'll be very busy today as tomorrow morning at this time, I'll be at the airport going to Atlanta for a work conference. Looking forward to seeing people I haven't seen in a year. Time for some WOW moments!! I'll be back on Wednesday afternoon and posting on Thursday! Hugs to all, Lucy

Hi Lucy, I'm coming up fast behind you and jumping on the Wednesday train...I struggled yesterday too, was doing great until late afternoon - had a really early lunch cause I had to take the kids to the dr, when I got home I went on a snack binge, then did the gym and got the sugar shakes because my snacking was too much sugary stuff and the workout burned it all off and left me hypoglycemic, so then I mini-binged again while I was getting dinner together ...Back on track today... Wednesday B - coffee frappachino protein drink S - 1 oz lf cheddar & 10 sm butter pretzels L - 2x3 piece of eggplant parmasen & green beans S - 15 dk chocolate covered prune bites, 1 mini hersheys mr. Goodbar, 1/2 slice wheat bread with 2 spoon of green olive tapenade S - 4 creamcheese/bacon stuffed cherry tomatoes, 1 piece sf chocolate, 6-7 smoked almonds D - 1/2c Caesar salad with 5 bite size pieces of general tao's chicken on top S - sf blue bunny p/b icecream bar and 1 protein ball (made a new batch, love these things) I'll sign on Friday morning and report in for Thursday...
