Vacation picture in my profile

Hello All, We'll I've been cleared to return to work after my open heart surgery. I passed all tests with flying colors. The surgeon said he has seen very few people make as quick of a recovery as I have and told me in three months I could climb Mt. Kilamonjaro if I want. Don't know that I'll plan to do that but am glad he feels I'm recovering so nicely. Anyway I put a picture of Heath and I in my profile. It was taken on the pier in Sitges Spain the last week of August. I've lost 3 pounds since then. Sitges is a great place. I can't wait to return. Hope All is well with my Junebug friends. Chip

I am out in picture twilight zone again, but I am sure you look fabulous!! I am so glad you are doing well and I hope we make it to onederland soon! I am upping the protein as we speak and the water. Now I just need to motivate myself to get out there and walk a bit! Wendy
