Sunday - ACCOUNTABILITY

Hey gang... I'm feeling much better today - still not 100% - but I can eat now. Little man's bug is hanging on a little longer than mine. His appetite is coming back but he's still got the Trots. I asked him earlier when he came out of the bathroom "Do you still have diarrea?" He said "No, just scrambled poopies" The things six year olds come up with. He cracks me up. I made a big breakfast for the family the morning and started the crockpot. Hot tea (20 oz) 1 egg (scrambled) 7g Protein 2 sl bacon 6g Protein 1 sl american cheese 7g Protein 1/2 a light whole wheat english muffin 1 Venti triple decaff sugar free vanilla latte 20g protein 1 vanilla almond biscotti (3g protein!! ) 1 Protein ball (made another batch) 3g Protein 1 Venti triple decaff sugar free vanilla latte 20g Protein 1 piece pot roast (about 1/2 the size of the palm of my hand) 16g Protein with some of the carrots, taters, onions & mushrooms that cooked with it all day - all in all - about a cup size serving. 1 cup of apple jacks (grrrrr) Soooo.... about 82g Protein today and around 1400-1500 calories. plus i drank a lot of water and hot tea. I didn't do anything too strenous today. I sang and danced a little to the xm "heart" station on the t.v. - worked a little in the kitchen - straightened my hair just for fun and that's about it. I'm still pretty worn out. I've got my crockpot all loaded up with boneless chicken, cream of chicken soup, piminto's, sour cream and some french fried onions for tomorrow morning. These soft meats cooked in the crockpot are just perfect on my finicky tummy. Hope everyone else is doing well.... hugs, Pam

oh i am so glad you are feeling better today! hope your little man gets well soon! maybe one of these days, i will EAT! today i had: - my iced venti ff sf vanilla latte -about 5 tomato slices with italian dressing -maybe 3 bites bbq pork chop -1/2 pb sandwich, which i just had not too long ago because i hadn't had much soooooo, i was thinking. can i come over for dinner tomorrow??? Good morning Pam. OK, here goes my Sunday: Large coffee with Hazelnut-flavored coffee creamer - 0 nutrition B - Mocha Java AchievOne drink - 20 g protein L - ate out - chopped salad with 2 slices lo fat Lorraine cheese and 2 small slices of Ciabatta bread- 20 g protein D - 4 turkey meatballs with tomato and cucumber salad - 18 g protein 1 Thomas wheat lo fat english muffin with 1 tsp brummels and brown spead - 6 g protein S - gala apple sprinkled with cinnamon and splenda - 1 tsp peanut butter. Vitamins and lots of water too. Exercised - 30 minutes on the Tony Little Gazelle Rider and started 5 minutes on the elliptical - boy that was hard! Total exercise time: 35 minutes! Pretty good for a Sunday, I would say... I like the scrambled poopies statement. How funny is that? I would have cracked up if I was there! Hope he's doing better soon. Its Monday morning, hate the weekends, do not tend to do well...here goes: Saturday: coffee protein drink sugar cookie (Harris Teeter, again, starting to see a trend, going there too much) 1/2 a 5x1 salmon pattie (really good, have to do this one again, nice protein count too) 1/2 slice sourdough bread w/artichoke-lemon pesto spread on it sf chocolate dipped pretzel 1/8th of a keilbasa 15 or so sweetpotato french fries 1/4 cup green beans the usual liquids and vitamins Sunday: cresant roll with pumpkin/spice butter 2 1/2 slices bacon 1/2 banana sprinkled with splenda then the BIG mistake of the day, went to SAM's and got to graze (went way downhill from there) 1/2 a biscotti (Pam you must be rubbing off on me) 2 cream puffs 1 bite of honey & oats granola bar 6-7 white chocolate M & M's coffee protein drink 4 small costini with artichoke tapenade 1 sf chocolate 4-5 almonds 3 oz grilled chicken 1/4 cup broccoli cassarole 1 bite of a yeast roll sf strawberry icecream bar 1 - 1 1/2 cups buttered microwave popcorn Man, when I look at Sunday, I really see how far off the track I'm willing to fall...Prayed for strength to get back on track today (Monday)...I AM STRICTLY FOLLOWING MY APPROVED NUT'S DIET FROM WAY BACK WHEN I WAS 3 MONTHS OUT...I HAVE GOT TO SHAKE THE CRAVINGS TO EAT STUFF WHEN I AM NOT HUNGRY AND ALWAYS GOING FOR SOMETHING "BAD"...I read somewhere it takes 3 days to get over the initial memory of taste - I hope withdrawl is that short...
