ACCOUNTABILITY...still tryin'
Okay, still not perfect..... but I'm owning up to it all.
Venti Sugar Free Triple Decaf Vanilla Latte 20g protein
a dag blasted vanilla almond biscotti
3 protein balls spread throughout the day
A freaking pot luck!! I tried really hard.... I had ground beef with salsa and cheese with a couple of tostito's (OMG TOSTITO's ) some grapes, some canteloupe and about 2 Tbsp of some kind of layered mexican bean & beef thing. About a tablespoon of macaroni salad, One bite of cheesecake. NO IDEA HOW MUCH PROTEIN - 20G??
THEN.... I went back for more fruit (grapes, canteloupe)

a Banana....chased with a little box of raisins.... AUGH!
Mexican shredded chicken w/ cheese 25g Protein?
About 90g protein.... but way too many calories....
waaayyyyyyy too much food at the potluck. I was so stuffed. It was a whole paperplate full of food. Why did i do that????
HOW did I do that???? Augh, I'm an idiot.
I'm not giving up though...tomorrow's another day....starting right now!!!!!

Don't feel bad, I fell all to pieces yesterday too. Dumped twice!! I ate a half of an icecream cone!!!!!!!!!! And then later had Sunchips! I am under stress though, I am worried about my mom who is having more cancer surgery tomorrow, and I am worrying about Sharyn today and I am under stress about all the running back and forth doing the band thing with my High Schooler and getting my son ready for his first year of Middle school (which I HATE the idea of him being in middle school in 6th grade!)
But I did mix in alot of protein yesterday amongst it all so that is something.
Good luck and keep posting and I will too. Today is a new day and I am doing good so far.

power crunch protein bar
1 oz lf cheese and 10 mini pretzels
small Wendys chili
side Wendys caesar salad
5 little chocolate covered prunebites (bad, bad, bad)
1 piece of sf chocolate
2x4" slab of eggplant parmesan
1 sugar cookie (darn Harris Teeter and those samples, they get me EVERY time)
fruit protein drink
popcorn (? Maybe, trying to abstain)
