Ok everyone, I know what is the matter now! I have H. Pylori!!! It is a bacteria that lives in your stomach and Duodenum and causes ulcers. I am so glad to know what is wrong now! It is treated with antibiotics and an antacid like pepcid and I have to have endoscopy. It is a little more difficult to treat in wls patients so wish me luck! My hubby has to be treated too because it is transmissable orally. I am now only 11lbs from onederland thanks to old H though! LOL! Wendy

Help Wendy, I have replied to you 3 times now and each time it says that it was successfully saved but it doesnt show up. So if this shows up multiple times you will know the board was just screwy. So here goes again. Wendy, How the heck did you get that? Doesnt sound like fun, but the weight loss is great. At this stage we will take weight loss by any means we can get it. right? I am glad that what you have can be treated and cleared up without too much trouble. I hope you feel better soon. I read your other post and looked at your picture. You look awesome and I do love the hair with the highlights. I decided to go red a couple of months ago and I love it. I have red with blond highlights. Before it was kinda dishwater blond or brown with some red highlights. I love it. Well congrats on being so close to onderland. You will be there before you know it. I hope you feel better soon. Lynn

((HUGS))) well glad they found the cause to your problem. I think being scoped is good to see if you have ulcers from it being i have an ulcer makes sense. I would imagine they tested me for that being i had an ulcer. HOW did they determine you had this???? hugz! and feel better! lisa xoxox

I had a blood test. It was simple. They can do a breath test too, but the blood test is more accurate I think. You might want to ask your doc if they did a test for it on you as it is the 90% cause of ulcers in people. Thanks for the good wishes, Wendy

Hi Wendy! Boy, what is going on with us Junebugs??? We're all coming down with something or another aren't we? At least now you know what is going on and have a game plan to take care of it. Hope you feel better soon. Wish you the very best with your endoscopy. I didn't know that H. pylori was transmittable orally. Go figure! Please take care of yourself and keep us posted! Wishing you a speedy recovery too. Hugs, Lucy
