Updates and visit to my primary care doc.
Hi Kerri. Boy do I ever understand what you've been going through... with allowing myself to eat. I was getting into trouble before I had my emergency surgery. This was a blessing in disguise! The weight loss was dwindling down and I was getting depressed about it.. The scale wouldn't move and I wanted to eat and eat.
Wishing you a Belated Happy Birthday WOW, you're training for a marathon!! You go!! I'm going to do the September Walk Against Obesity scheduled for September 30th.
Summer's almost gone, how sad! I'm not off during the summer but love the warm weather. Just think, last year we were so cold in the winter, how cold are we going to be this year!!
Good luck with the adoption efforts and pregnancy.
I'm planning on doing the bottom half from the waist down - tummy, legs and bottom. This will be the most painful surgery. I will also have my mesh inserted for my hernia repair. He couldn't do it last month because the mesh would have got infected and have to be removed anyway.
My job! Yikes, that's a tough one. I'm going to try and work it out at least until I have the first go around with plastics (unless another job opportunity arises).
Thanks for the update!!
Hugs,
Lucy
