Stop the Insanity
Hello family. I have been doing the plateau buster diet to try and loose 6 lbs before my plastic surgery at the end of this month. Well, I gained 2 lbs. So I intensified my workouts (5 days/week for an hour) and I gained 2 more lbs. Then I eased up on the plateau but still working out hard, and I gained 2 more lbs. All in 2 weeks. Now I only have 2 weeks left and need to loose 12 lbs. What the heck is going on. Why am I gaining in 2's? Why am I gaining at all? I'm about to have a breakdown!!! These 12 lbs are very important to me. Those 12 plus the 20 the plastic surgeon thinks he'll get off would put me at goal.

protein + excersize = muscle
fact: muscle weighs more than fat
lean muscle mass is no cause for alarm. I would say you are ok and don't sweat it. They are gonna pull you so tight girl that you'll be beggin to make room in your skin! LOL! You will do great. Relax and good job on the protein, it will help you heal after surgery.
Keep me updated though so we know how you are and also I want the gory details so I know what to expect. I don't think it will be too much longer before I have to have my hernia tt done either.
