Well i successfully stopped shoving carbs in like crazy for a few days and got back to my one time low. But then i slacked off a bit and they went a few lbs up already. It is amazing to me how fast that can happen. But it was enough to show me that my habits can once again be my downfall if i don'****ch it and learn from all of your success's and make this a lifetime change. It has been SOO Hot and humid that i have been hiding in side. The humidity make ME miserable... i can't believe i agreed to move to Texas one day... it is humid capital of the world. LOL Anyway I hope all is well for you guys and i wanted to let you all know i may not post very often anymore but i lurk and am always looking to see what progress we all are making.

I'm glad you got to see that you still can be successful Paula. We have been given a gift with this wls, but it is still a responsibility of ours to use it to our advantage. I hope you are feeling better and good luck keeping on track. Wendy

Hi Paula~ It is great to see you posting again. I think about you and your kids a lot. Habits with carbs are what got us into our heavy situations in the first place. They are certainly my downfall. Congrats on getting back on track again! I can't imagine living in an area that is really humid. The last few weeks have been very humid for southern California. It's just not something that we deal with very much. Hot, dry heat yes. Humid heat, no. Not until now. Take care of yourself and keep riding that bike! Hugs, Kerri
