Becky yes I track my calories. I use fitday.com; that way I can also track my carb and fat intake. It also shows me how far I am from goal. I can also keep track of my exercise. I am walking up to 2.5-3 miles at a time now. Wish I could increase it but there just doesn't seem to be enough time in my day. Don't know what I am going to do when I have to go back to work; I teach so summer is about over for me.
Oh well guess I will have to get up early and walk especially when the time changes. Don't give up you can do it!!! Good luck and God Bless.
