Had Emergency Surgery Last Thursday

Thank God you are alright Lucy! The same thing happened to my father in law 2 weeks ago!! He had bowel die also from an old hernia.. how weird! I am glad you are doing good now and hope you continue to recover well. Please keep us updated. I have been gone for a few days on vacation or I would have responded sooner. Oh Lucy~ This must have been so scary for you!!! I'm sorry to hear of your troubles with the hernia. WOW!! How are you feeling now? I've been so busy with all of this family reunion stuff, I haven't been on the boards. Is the smaller pouch working for you? Did you wind up losing some weight? Oh honey i am glad you are well. It is a two edged sword. On one hand all the pain and ER visits.. but yet a renewed pouch is nice. Glad you are well and the pain will soon be all taken care of with one more surgery. And a tummy tuck to boot.. good for you!
